China has decided to extend the visa-free policy to Dec. 31, 2025, for citizens of Brunei, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Holland, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Slovenia, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Korea, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, and Japan.
Citizens of above countries with ordinary passports will be allowed to enter and stay in China visa-free for up to 30 days for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, and transit. (Updated on Dec.8, 2024)
