We had a wonderful fantastic trip.  The acrobatic show and the amazing VIP seats you arranged for us was the highlight of our Shanghai trip!

 

Alan, our guide in Beijing, was beyond expectations. He really was fantastic. 

 

David, our guide in Shanghai, was good and was very attentive to my mother in the wheel chair. Comparing the experience, Alan was just so amazing and we really learned so much history with Alan. Alan really was great with the kids and my parents and we truly enjoyed his expertise. 

 

In summary, our time at both destinations was great.  We would love to write a positive review for you and your agency.  Let me know and I would be happy to!

As you know, we completed our tour of Hainan on Friday and we are now back home in Malaysia. We would like to thank you for your help with compiling the itinerary and making the necessary arrangements for our trip.

 

We would also like to thank Mr Huang who is an excellent tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Hainan and China from him. He is also very friendly and helpful. Mr Huang and our driver, Mr Wang, worked together very well and they took good care of us. 

 

We enjoyed our trip. Once again, thank you for all of your help! We hope that we can go on holiday with CITS again soon.

Ottimi servizi ma soprattutto tanta attenzione e collaborazione. La Cina non è una destinazione facile ma Giulietta ha saputo capire correggere e migliore. Piena soddisfazione.

Sono stato in Cina con la moglie e i tre figli piccoli con visita di 3 giorni a Pechino e 3 giorni a Shanghai, intervallati da 8 giorni al mare Sanya. L'organizzazione della visita delle due città proposta da Anna si è verificata perfetta: autisti e guide gentilissimi, puntuali e attenti ad ogni richiesta! Sicuramente da consigliare.

We booked a private 10 day tour of China with CITS through Trailfinders,UK. We visited Beijing, Xian, Guilin and Yangshuo. All the guides we had, Karen in Beijing, Ping in Xian & Joe in Guilin/Yangshuo were excellent, their English was superb together with their knowledge and they looked after us very well. They made sure that our vegetarian diet was met for lunches, on plane & River Li cruise. Even the drivers were good and safe.

Our whole journey was seamless and comfortable which made our experience amazing.
