a. Airport bus
5 or 6 airport buses between airport and Luoyang city are operated daily. The price is 10 Yuan per person.
If you have enough time, bus Line 83 (from Luoyang Railway Station to Xiaoshan Ganggou) is a good choice to travel between the airport and the city. The bus is available from 06:20 to 19:00 and takes about 30 minutes.
b. Taxi
It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the city center and costs 20-30 Yuan.
