Baimai Spring Park is located in Zhangqiu District, the east part of Jinan City. The park was founded in 1986, with a total area of 25 hectares. It has one of the five major springs in Jinan. Zhangqiu District is known as "Little Spring City" because of its beautiful mountains, rivers and various springs. It is the National 4A Class Scenic Area.

Baimai Spring Park includes Qingzhao Garden, Longquan Temple, Qingzhao Garden and other scenic spots. Baimai Spring is one of the 72 famous springs in Jinan. It is also one of the most famous landscapes in Zhangqiu District. At the same time, it is also the birthplace of Li Qingzhao, who was reputed as the most talented woman during the Song Dynasty.
The Qingzhao Garden is the core part of Baimai Spring Park. It was built to commemorate Li Qingzhao, a poetess of the Song Dynasty. It covers the area of 18,000 square meters. It is a garden that integrates the styles of northern and southern Chinese gardens. The garden is built based on the artistic conception of Li Qingzhao’s poems and the traditional customs of the Song Dynasty. It has the beautiful natural scenery of green hills and the spring water. The garden is composed of four landscape themes of wind, flowers, snow and moon. There is also the Li Qingzhao Exhibition Hall, Jinshi Garden, Shangzhu Pavilion, Yi'an Building, Haitang Pavilion, Yinfeng Pavilion and other scenic spots in the park, which fully demonstrates the culture and folks of Song Dynasty. There are Shuyu Srping, Plum Flower Spring and other springs in the park.
Baimai Spring Park is famous for its natural springs spewing into a lake. The environment in the park is beautiful and Wanquan Lake is as clear as a mirror. The Longquan Temple, located in the southwest corner of the park, was built during the Ming Dynasty. The temple is surrounded by trees and bamboos. The famous Baimai Spring and Mo Spring are located in the temple.
The layout of the park was designed by the famous garden expert Mr. Sun Xiaoxiang, and the name of the park was inscribed by the famous calligraphy master Shu Tong. There are 5 fountains, 3 stone arch bridges, 2 stone rockeries and one wooden bridge in the park. There are also the featured Huiquan Pavilion and Huxin Pavilion. The layout of the park's scenic spots is built due to the geographical situation along the flow of the water. It has the unique design style and ingenious atmosphere. The whole park is divided into 5 areas including spring water area, garden area, leisure area, forest walking area, and children's playground.
