Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most comfortable and pleasant seasons since the weather is mild and comfortable, nothing can be more enjoyable than take a stroll by the side of West Lake or go outing in the countryside. In summer it is extremely hot and wet, sunglasses and sun screen are highly recommended.
