Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport
The airport was opened in 1997 and began to serve as an international airport in 2006. The modern passenger terminal of Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport includes 12 gates and a large shopping area for local souvenirs. The airport operates over 110 air routes connecting many cities like Beijing, Hangzhou, Xian, Nanjing, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Airport bus
There are 5 shuttle bus lines and high-speed trains at Longdongbao Railway Station, and long-distance buses to nearby cities like Bijie, Anshun and Zunyi. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center from the airport by shuttle bus.

Railway Stations
The city acts as the transportation center of Guizhou Province. Transportation links depend mainly on the rail system. Three railway stations are in operation in the city.
Guiyang Railway Station
Guiyang Railway Station was put into commercial service in 1959. Currently, the station mainly operates ordinary trains to the eastern area and to nearby cities such as Chongqing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Jinan, Zhengzhou, Beijing, and Kunming, and high speed trains along Guiyang-Guilin-Guangzhou High Speed Railway.

North Railway Station
Guiyang North Railway Station was put into commercial service in 2014. It is located 6 kilometers from the city center. Currently, the newly-built station serves only high speed trains to major cities including Guilin, Nanning, and Duyun as well as those ones along Guiyang-Guilin-Guangzhou High Speed Railway.

Longdongbao Railway Station
Longdongbao Railway Station is within 5 minutes' walking distance from the terminal building of the airport. Bullet trains from/to Guangzhou and Nanning are available.
Long-distance Bus
Tourist Bus Station
The Tourist Bus Station opposite Qianling Dasha deals with tourist bus services only and operates from 7:00 to 20:00. Buses from here mainly serve tourist attractions in Guizhou such as the Huangguoshu Waterfall (two hours), the Dragon Palace Cave Scenic Spot, Zhijin Cave Scenic Spot and the Fanjing Mountain.

Coach Terminal
Coaches here are mainly bound for cities and counties inside Guizhou Province, as well as neighboring cities and provinces, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong and Chongqing. Generally the coaches leave hourly.
