In the morning, visit the Tian’an men Square, the world’s largest and renowned public square where many historical events once took place. Head to the Forbidden City, the world’s largest and renowned public square where many historical events once took place.
In the afternoon, take a Hutong Tour by old–fashioned pedicab to explore the oldest part of the city for a real sight into the traditional Chinese life style. Then, learn to make dumplings with your family in a local Chinese house and have a taste of your own dumplings!
Day 3 Beijing
Visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, which is one of the most spectacular structures ever built by human and as the only one visible from space.
On the way back to the city, take an outside tour to Olympic Stadium, nicknamed Bird's Nest, and the National Swimming Centre, also known as the Water Cube.
Day 4 Beijing – Xi’an (by bullet train)
Day 5 Xi’an
Today's excursion will take you to the Museum of Terracotta Warriors and Horses (UNESCO), one of the greatest archaeological discoveries in the world. More than 6000 life-sized terra cotta warriors, Archers, infantrymen, horses and bronze chariots silently guarded the tomb of China's First Emperor for over 2,200 years.
Then head to the Wild Goose Pagoda, a Tang Dynasty landmark. This seven-story pagoda was initially constructed in 652 AD, and a larger team of scholars was organized here for translation of the Buddhist sutras brought back from India and it became a holy place for pilgrimages.
Stroll through the Muslim Street, which is full of local delicacies.
Day 6 Xi’an – Chengdu (by bullet train)
Your day will start from the Ancient City Wall, which is one of the oldest walls in China and still compasses the center
of Xi'an. You will impressed by the charm of this old city.
Then, transfer to the railway station and take bullet train to Chengdu.
Upon arrival, meet and transfer to the hotel.
Day 7 Chengdu
Today, we will take a photo of the largest Panda Sculpture in Chunxi Road first. Created by preeminent artist Lawrence Argent, this climbing wall panda is called "I Am Here!" It will be an interesting experience to capture the moment with this trendy landmark of Chengdu.
Pay a visit to Chengdu People's Park to have a deep breath of fresh air. Verdant trees and various flowers make the traditional pavilions and buildings much more graceful. You can join the local people to experience the bustle and chatter of a local teahouse in this area.
Walk through the Wide & Narrow Lanes, which highlights ancient architectures of the Qing Dynasty as well as the mix of modern shops, bars and restaurants.
Visit the unique Panda Post, which is the only postal service in the world with the giant panda as its theme, where you can buy everything featuring the giant panda, from stamps, postcards, albums, and envelopes to toys and souvenirs. You can post lovely postcards to anywhere in the world. It also offers a special service to mail a postcard to yourself 10 to 20 years in the future.
Day 8 Chengdu – Shanghai (by air)
In the morning, you enjoy a rare opportunity to visit the Giant Panda Breeding Research Center. This massive ecological and zoological park offers a wonderful chance to get face-to-face with China's "National Treasure". There is also a panda museum that has detailed exhibitions on panda evolution, habits, habitats and conservation efforts.
Then, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to the hotel.
Day 9 Shanghai
Your full day tour begins with the Yu Garden (UNESCO). Owing to its ingenious design in Ming and Qing dynasties, it becomes a real museum of Chinese ancient architecture.
Wander through the bustling Bund, featuring outstanding European colonial architectures, new skyscrapers and historical buildings in Shanghai.
Visit the Shanghai Natural History Museum, witnessing the mystery of nature and sharing excitement with your family members.
Day 10 Shanghai
