Day 1 Chengdu
In the morning, your guide will pick you up from the hotel. After arrival at Sichuan Cuisine Museum, take a visit to the Classic Collection Hall. This hall exhibits Sichuan cuisine culture in the forms of cultural relics, ancient books & records, and pictures.
Then spend a short time to wander in the garden during which you will have a strong desire to understand the customs of Sichuan by observing the structure and decoration of the building.
Later come to the Display Area of Ancient Tools to feel the intelligence of the ancient Sichuan people who have designed many tools to make their work easier and more efficient.
After that learn to appreciate the food through hearing the legend of Kitchen God in Kitchen God Ancestral Hall.
Afterwards visit the display area of Raw Material to pick fresh vegetables or go to the local market to buy some raw materials which are needed for cooking.
Then it is time for cooking, you have 60 minutes to cook dishes under the guidance of cooks.
Finally, let’s taste dishes and take a graduation photo with the cooks.
Later, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
