Penglai Romantic Island Tour - 4 Days

Our trip leader will wait for you at the hotel in Penglai, the rest of the day is left for you to have a good rest or to become familiar with this city on your own.

Attractions: Penglai Pavilion & Jiuzhang cliff & Half Moon Bay National Geological Park & Wangfu reef

After breakfast, we will start our romantic journey by visiting Penglai Pavilion，this is located on the cliff in the north of Penglai City in the Yantai area of Shandong Province. It was built in the Song Dynasty (1070 AD) and has a history of more than 900 years. It is Known as the Wonderland of Penglai, it was the place where Emperor Qin Han Wu sought the elixir of life. The entire Penglai Pavilion building consists of Sanqingdian, Lvzu Palace, Sugong Temple, Tianhou Temple, Dragon King Palace, Penglai Pavilion, and Amitabha Temple. They are located on a hillside. Make sure to climb the hillside before visiting these palaces.

After that, we are going to wait for boarding. It may take about 50 minutes of sailing. After the disembarkation, we go to the scheduled hotel and allocate accommodation.

At noon we will enjoy lunch together and in the afternoon we are going to appreciate Jiuzhang cliff ,crescent bay and Wang Fu reef.

Then we shall go to Jiuzhang cliff to see the sunset. After seeing the sunset. Then  it is time for free activities, at the end of the visit, we need to return to the hotel and enjoy local seafood as dinner.

Attractions: Linhai Park & Peak Mountain Museum & Temple Island & Yantai Changdao Wanniao Island

In the morning we get up and have breakfast. then we visit Linhai Park and Peak Mountain Museum at around 8:00. From Linhai we can see the boundary between Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea. After the trip we shall climb to the peak of the mountain, with picturesque surroundings along the way. At noon we enjoy lunch together. 

In the afternoon we take a boat to the sea, enjoying the vast sea scenery. We also go to the Temple Island and Thousand Island because the island is home to tens of thousands of seagulls. 

Finally we take a cruise to the sea (visiting big and small Montenegro, climb Baojiao reef, worship Mazu, etc.) Let' s take pictures and date with the sea elves-seagulls.

Today, you can freely spend a day on the island, go to the water entertainment facilities, or sunbathe, or walk or hike，you can enjoy your day, and you can go to the beach to watch the sunset peacefully.

Perfect spots for sunrise watching at Changdao include Yue Ya Wan (the Crescent Bay) at northern Changdao, Wang Fu Jiao (Riff for the Expectation of Good Fortune) at southern Changdao, Xian Jie Yuan (Origin of the Heavenly Kingdom), and Feng Mountain. The pinnacle of the town of Changdao is located at the summit of Feng Mountain, where one can watch the sun rise by looking to the east. Shrouded in a thick layer of nebulous mists, a crimson sun gradually tinges the clouds in scarlet, before it leaps above the sea level in a most maginificent fashion. This is one of the views at Changdao that visitors simply cannot miss.

We will check out from the hotel at noon, and we will transfer you to Penglai and catch your flight (or train) leaving Penglai.
