Themed as “Dancing with Xinjiang”, an ongoing exhibition opens at M Woods 798, which will last until August 29. The exhibition shows the collection of artifacts found in Xinjiang, and works or fresco reproductions by contemporary artists.
The exhibition shows the contemporary art works, reflecting the history and culture of Xinjiang. It is a celebration of the dynamics of the history, art and culture of Xinjiang, attributed to generations of painters, musicians, craftsmen, dancers and scholars over centuries.
The exhibition also examines how Xinjiang's rich heritage has continued to nurture modern artists and cultural institutions, and inspire them to deepen research and studies on Xinjiang's culture from multiple dimensions.
