On March 28, the Airbus 320 aircraft departed from Hangzhou of Loongair Airlines, with flight No. of GJ8559, and landed at Chongqing Wulong Fairy Mountain Airport. This is the first flight to land at Fairy Mountain Airport after the flight changes.
Fairy Mountain Airport has an altitude of 1,700 meters, is close to the 5A scenic spot Fairy Mountain National Forest Park. It is very convenient for people to visit Fairy Mountain National Tourist Resort, Three Natural Bridges, Longshui Canyon Earthly Ravine and other scenic spots.
On March 28th, the flights of three routes including Hangzhou-Wulong-Chengdu, Beijing-Wulong-Foshan and Shanghai-Wulong-Chengdu, all landed at Fairy Mountain Airport, and there were 6 flights from Fairy Mountain Airport to Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Foshan. On March 30, Jinan-Wulong-Chengdu route will also be officially put into use, and routes to Chongqing, Xi’an, Hefei, Guiyang, Wenzhou, Changsha and other places will be also opened in future.
