On September 6, Yaoxue Snow World Skiing Resort opened successfully. The Snow World area is located in Pudong Lingang area, Shanghai. The area is 98,828.7 square meters, equivalent to 12 football fields, making it become the world's largest indoor snow resort according to the Guinness World Records.
The Snow World is divided into three major areas: skiing, snow entertainment, and water world. Inside, there are three professional pistes with a vertical drop of nearly 60 meters and a total length of nearly 1,200 meters. The snow entertainment area offers visitors diverse leisure activities such as "snow country train" and ice bikes. It is also equipped with cable cars, which can transport tourists to various snow resorts and amusement facilities.
In addition to the Snow World, the resort also offers visitors restaurants, shops and hotels.
