The first nonstop air route between Nanjing and Los Angeles will soon be launched on June 30, according to China Eastern Airlines. It is also the longest route launched in Nanjing Lukou International Airport.
The Nanjing-LA flights will fly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The direct route takes about 15 hours to land the destination. The LA-Nanjing flights will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The new air route is expected to bring convenience and promote the Sino-US communication.
