The National Museum of China's is exhibiting 120 copies of Mao Zedong’s calligraphic works of his own poems and classic Chinese poems, which come from the Central Archives. Also on show are sizable paintings and figurines of Mao, which demonstrate the evolving fashion to depict the leader, from being "red, bright, shiny" to embracing more humanistic touches.
The exhibition opens on 9 am-5 pm, closed on Mondays, until March 30.
