On 25 November, the eighth Jimei x Arles International Photo Festival was opened at Jimei Citizen Square Main Exhibition Hall in Xiamen, a coastal city in east China's Fujian Province.
This year's festival features 30 exhibitions, presenting works by more than 100 artists from countries and regions such as France, Thailand, Brazil, the United States and China. The festival will run until 3 Jan, 2023.
During the festival, a series of activities such as portfolio reviews, panel talks, guided tours, art fairs, performances, screenings, workshops and study tours will be held.
Launched in 2015, the Jimei x Arles International Photo Festival has attracted more than 400,000 visitors over the past seven years.
