Spring Airlines plans to launch a direct flight connecting Chengdu, capital city of Sichuan Province, and Osaka, the second largest city in Japan in March. This direct air service between the two cities will cut travel time to 4 hours.
This air route will run 4 times per week with 180-seat Airbus A320. The flight will leave Chengdu at 01:10 and arrive at Osaka at 05:05 on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. And the return flight will leave Osaka at 19:20 on every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, and arrive Chengdu at 00:10 (+1 day).
Established in 2004, Spring Airlines is a budget airline with its headquarters in Shanghai. To keep operating costs low, Spring Airlines no longer offers complimentary on-board meals and drinks; passengers are able to purchase meals and beverages on board.
