Chongqing - Guizhou High-speed Railway to open in 2018

An upgraded railway route, Chongqing - Guizhou High-speed Railway, is going to open on Jan.25 2018. The Chongqing - Guizhou High-speed Railway stretches 345.4km, and is expected to reach speeds of up to 200kmph, connecting Chongqing and Guiyang. After the opening of the railway, the time of traveling between Chengdu and Guiyang will be reduced to 3.5h from 12h and the time of traveling between Chongqing and Guiyang will cut from 10h to 2h.
