In February and March, the cole flowers are in full bloom in Luoping, which is one of the best places for cole flower viewing in China.
The 14th Luoping Cole Flower Festival opened in Luoping County on 13th, Jan this year and will last to 30th, Mar. During the two and a half months, there will be many festivities, including some folk performances, a photography competition, a food festival, a singing contest, etc.
Located in east of Yunnan Province, about 230 kilometers from Kunming city, Luoping is an important producing county of the cole in China. It is also an important area of bee reproducing in spring and a processing base of bee products.
