A site of ancient city, which has been excavated in Shenyang, capital of Liaoning Province, has been confirmed as dating back more than 2,000 years.

This old city was found in the Hunnan District of Shenyang, which is about 17 kilometers away from downtown Shenyang. The city cultural relics and archaeology institute started work in July 2016 and about 500 square meters have been excavated so far.
