The Peak Highlights
Peak tram
The Peak tram is probably the best way to go to the Peak. It's a bit steep but slow, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular view. The Peak Tram was first introduced in 1888, and was built for the daily commuters rather than a tourist attraction though nowadays majority of the passengers are tourists. The ride is quite steep and it climbs way up to 396 meters’ above sea level. The panorama view of the harbor is spectacular and impressive.
Delicate Cuisine
The Peak Lookout (used to be the Peak Cafe), the famous old restaurant, is a pretty good choice for a bite or a drink after the walking tour. Try the various new hip hop ones on the Peak Tower is also a good choice. Tourists could find traditional Asian fare, succulent seafood, modern culinary delights and a wide range of casual dining options. With four signature restaurants and plenty of casual dining options to choose from, every palate and every occasion is catered for.
Shopping center
Experience a wondrous world of shopping at the Peak Market, where Hong Kong's favorite pastime literally reaches new heights. In a uniquely redesigned multi-level shopper's paradise, find everything from exclusive luxuries to that elusive treasure.
