Success Stories

Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Events
CITS has been taking care of YPO events in China ever since 2003. The most challenging events are for YPO and CEO family events during Olympic period. For the security reason, the government does not allow any big events happening at the same time of the Olympic game. But for YPO and CEO, they wanted to do special dinner in the most important and unique venues in Beijing. No one could help them locate the venues and fulfill their dreams in Beijing but CITS. Then CITS finds itself is the only destination management company who was allowed by the local government to host the cocktail on the Tiananmen Rostrum, theme parties in the Summer Palace and on the Great Wall, gala dinner in the Forbidden City.
Luxury Automobile Driving Event
This is a luxury automobile driving event in China passing through over 14 cities and towns. 21 old luxury cars from year 1924-1974 are shipped to China Shanghai Port with high insurance and customs deposit. In order to make sure there are enough budget for this luxury adventure, CITS helped the organizer to find the sponsor in each city along the driving route. The sponsorship introduced by CITS to the program secured a successful event.
Solar Eclipse Groups, UK
In 2008 and 2009, Sales Division of UK & Other English-speaking Regions organized two groups for the amazing Solar Eclipse, once in Hami and once in Wuhan. The group from 2009 consisted of 60 people. They all gathered in Wuhan on 22nd July, 2009 to watch this phenomenon. Before their arrival, we selected carefully the most appropriate hotel and the site. As they need to be at the site quite early in the morning, we had our local office prepare snacks and drinks in advance and set up some tables and chairs for rest. All clients were quite happy with the journey during which they enjoyed both the Solar Eclipse and the sightseeing in other Chinese cities.
